ABOUT ME
My name is Daniel Wilson. Photography has always been an interest of mine. Being able to capture beauty and keep it in that moment, somewhat like a still of a memory, has always fascinated. I also have an interest in science and the universe. When i realised that there are some sciences involved in photography, that drove me even further to get involved.
When i first purchased a camera I mainly wanted to photograph the stars. Through long exposures and treks far away from the city i would attempt to capture the beauty of our universe and solar system through the lens. When i discovered that this means i can only really shoot one week out of the month (if the weather permits) to get my desired shots, I decided to move onto landscapes to fill in the time. From there i discovered that i also enjoy capturing people and i think now, it's my main focus. However that isn't to say i still don't do landscapes and astrophotography. I'll always enjoy that.
